The ORFA, in collaboration with Marmak Technologies, has customized a user-friendly software application. This software application will greatly assist recreation facility professionals in the collection and management of recreation facility asset data. The basic service is available at no cost, to all ORFA members; with a fee for service when certain modules are activated. Effective October 2024: RFAM to Include SUB-ZERO Flood Log for ORFA Members In 2016, ORFA entered into a partnership with Marmak to develop and provide the inventory module of RFAM (Recreation Facility Asset Management). A tool provided at no-cost and a benefit of membership to assist in providing a solution in the collection of capital equipment data for recreation facilities. To date, this project has resulted in over 75 Ontario municipalities collecting over 15,000 pieces of equipment across 950 facilities and open spaces. Due to the success of this partnership, ORFA members will now also have access to the Flood Log component of SUB-ZERO. A module available at no-cost, to digitally record and track daily flood/cut logs. Additional SUB-ZERO features are available at cost including: Ice Depth Checks, Plant Readings, Ice Resurfacer Maintenance, and Trends & Analytics. |
