ORFA Director of Training, Research and Development Terry Piche chats with subject matter experts from the Ministry of Labour Immigration, Training and Skills Development about the ESA, its role in ensuring workers are treated fairly for the work performed, and the role of the Ministry in compliance and enforcement. A review of the necessary workplace posting requirements will be highlighted including the requirements regarding written policies and disconnecting from work. The session will end with an open Q & A.
